We're seeking a Quality and Education Coordinator Registered Nurse / RN, is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining training programs and quality assurance initiatives to support the CCC's operational excellence. This role ensures that Command Center team members are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform effectively while upholding high-quality standards across all operations. - This role is integral to the success of the CCC, ensuring that the team operates at its highest potential while maintaining a strong focus on quality and education. Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: - Develop and execute quality assurance programs to monitor, evaluate, and understand CCC operations. - Develop and execute quality improvement projects in collaboration with CCC and EHC stakeholders. - Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with the CCC data analyst. - Prepare and present quality performance reports to CCC leadership and other stakeholders.
- Training and Development: - Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive training programs for CCC staff, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing skill enhancement. - Develop training materials, such as manuals, guides, e-learning modules, and presentations, tailored to CCC functions. - Organize workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to address performance gaps and introduce best practices. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, current, and aligned with operational needs.
- Process Improvement: - Partner with CCC leadership to review and optimize workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. - Act as a liaison between staff and leadership to identify challenges and propose actionable solutions. - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of CCC systems, tools, and technologies to provide relevant education and quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain thorough records of training attendance, completion, and assessment results. - Document quality assurance findings, corrective actions, and recommendations. - Ensure the CCC team is informed of policy updates, regulatory changes, or procedural adjustments.
- Team Collaboration: - Work closely with CCC team leads, managers, and other stakeholders to align quality and education initiatives with organizational goals. - Provide support and coaching to team members as needed, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Act as a resource for staff to address questions or challenges related to quality standards and operational protocols.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Certifications/Licensure: Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board
- Experience: Experience in training, education, quality assurance, or related roles within a fast-paced operational environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements: - Strong knowledge of operational workflows, quality metrics, and process engineering / improvement methodologies. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), quality monitoring tools, and other relevant software. - Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and implement practical solutions.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills: 1. Education: Higher level education in education, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 2. Certifications/Licensure: Certification in quality management or training (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP). 3. Experience: Experience in capacity planning, command center operations, or similar fields. 4. Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to CCC operations. Working Conditions: - Onsite work environment. - May require occasional travel for training or professional development purposes.
