The new Winship at Emory Midtown facility, comprising 17 stories and more than 450,000 square feet, is being built around a patient's needs and comfort, bringing all the necessary doctors, staff and services to the patient so the patient does not need to switch locations during their visit. The care communities will focus on patients with specific types of cancer, providing specialized infusion facilities, clinical examination rooms, clinical research, and spaces for support and rehabilitation services.

We are proud to be the only health system in Georgia with four Magnet®-recognized hospitals:  Emory Johns Creek Hospital, Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Emory University Hospital, Emory University Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital.

Our nurses are integral members of inter-professional teams in hospitals and clinics that are committed to outstanding patient care. We’re eager to share what we learn with hospitals around the country, and the world. We’ve got the backing, knowledge, experience and permission to lead the way in developing new and better approaches to preventing and treating disease, and our patients get treatments years before anyone else.
